Status: Release-candidate public community standard for CDR Apps-hosted closed testing
Effective date: 2026-08-29T18:00:03.000Z
FuoriSerie is an 18+ automotive community. These Community Rules apply to content and conduct using FuoriSerie public, social, Club, Meet, reporting and interaction features where those features are enabled.
The purpose of these Rules is to protect users, lawful automotive culture, real-world safety and the integrity of the service.
1. Adult-only community
You must be at least 18 years old to use FuoriSerie.
Do not create or maintain an account if you are under 18. Do not help another person bypass FuoriSerie's age controls.
Although the service is adults-only, the child-safety rules below apply without exception.
2. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
FuoriSerie prohibits all child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") and child sexual abuse material ("CSAM").
Never:
- create, upload, request, possess through the service, distribute, advertise, trade, or link to CSAM;
- sexualize a child;
- groom or attempt to groom a child for sexual purposes;
- sexually extort or threaten a child;
- solicit sexual images or sexual activity involving a child;
- facilitate trafficking or sexual exploitation of a child;
- normalize, encourage, joke about in a facilitating manner, or provide instructions for child sexual exploitation; or
- use FuoriSerie to contact, recruit, coordinate, or conceal such conduct.
CDR Apps may remove relevant content, restrict accounts, preserve evidence where legally permitted or required, and report confirmed or suspected material or conduct to competent authorities or designated reporting bodies as required by law.
3. Illegal street racing and dangerous driving
FuoriSerie is for automotive culture, not illegal road activity.
Do not use FuoriSerie to:
- organize, schedule, recruit for, or coordinate illegal street races;
- arrange illegal speed contests or timed runs on public roads;
- coordinate police evasion or checkpoints for the purpose of facilitating criminal or dangerous driving;
- materially encourage reckless driving, extreme speeding, driving against traffic, dangerous weaving, or other conduct that creates a serious risk to people;
- instruct users how to perform illegal or seriously dangerous public-road activity;
- block public roads without lawful authorization;
- organize or encourage burnouts, drifting, donuts, launch activity, or similar maneuvers around crowds or in unsafe public areas;
- encourage driving while impaired; or
- pressure another person to participate in dangerous conduct.
Documentary, educational, motorsport, closed-course, safety, or news-related automotive content may be assessed in context. Content must not be used as a pretext to organize or materially encourage illegal or seriously dangerous activity.
4. Vehicle legality, modifications and false claims
Users are responsible for complying with vehicle, road, insurance, inspection, registration, homologation and modification laws.
Do not knowingly make deceptive claims that:
- you legally own a vehicle you do not own;
- a modification is road-legal, homologated or approved when you know it is not;
- a vehicle is insured, roadworthy, inspected, registered or certified when you know that claim is false;
- a platform badge, role, subscription, profile status, Club status or Meet role is a government or technical certification; or
- CDR Apps approved a vehicle, modification, driver, organizer, or legal status when it did not.
FuoriSerie profile information is user-provided unless explicitly stated otherwise. It is not a legal title registry or vehicle-certification service.
5. Stolen vehicles, stolen parts and illegal goods
Do not use FuoriSerie to:
- sell, trade, conceal, advertise or facilitate stolen vehicles or parts;
- knowingly handle goods obtained through theft or fraud;
- coordinate vehicle theft or stripping;
- traffic illegal goods;
- solicit criminal services; or
- provide operational coordination for criminal conduct.
Legitimate discussion of theft prevention, recovery, security, news, or victim assistance is allowed when it does not facilitate crime.
6. Violence, threats and dangerous conduct
Do not:
- make credible threats of violence;
- encourage violence against a person or group;
- glorify or facilitate serious real-world violence;
- solicit assault or intimidation;
- coordinate dangerous confrontations at Meets or other locations; or
- publish content intended to cause an imminent physical-safety risk.
Where there is an immediate danger, contact emergency services rather than relying on an in-app report alone.
7. Harassment, bullying and hateful conduct
Do not use FuoriSerie to harass, stalk, bully, intimidate, humiliate, or coordinate abuse against another person.
Do not attack or promote hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics recognized by applicable law.
Criticism, automotive disagreement and competitive opinions are allowed, but targeted abuse, threats and dehumanizing or discriminatory conduct are not.
8. Sexual and pornographic content
FuoriSerie is not a pornography or sexual-services platform.
Do not upload or distribute:
- pornographic content;
- sexual services or solicitation;
- non-consensual intimate imagery;
- sexual content involving coercion;
- sexual exploitation content; or
- illegal sexual material.
CSAE and CSAM are separately prohibited under the zero-tolerance rule above.
9. Privacy, doxxing and location safety
Do not publish, solicit, trade, or threaten to publish another person's private or sensitive information without a lawful basis.
This includes, depending on context:
- home address;
- precise private location;
- personal phone number;
- private email address;
- government identifiers;
- financial data;
- authentication credentials;
- private vehicle-tracking information; or
- other information likely to create a serious privacy or safety risk.
Do not use Meet or location-related information to stalk or endanger another person.
Users may choose to share their own coarse country/city information through supported profile controls. That choice does not authorize others to disclose more precise information.
10. Impersonation and deceptive identity
Do not impersonate:
- another user;
- CDR Apps or FuoriSerie staff;
- a Club administrator or Meet organizer;
- a business;
- a public authority;
- a manufacturer, insurer, inspection body or certification authority; or
- another person or organization in a misleading way.
Parody or fan content must be sufficiently clear that a reasonable user is not misled about identity or authorization.
11. Fraud, scams and malicious behavior
Do not:
- run scams or fraudulent offers;
- phish for credentials;
- distribute malware;
- post deceptive or malicious links;
- operate fake giveaways or promotions;
- manipulate users into sending money or credentials;
- engage in coordinated fake engagement;
- create deceptive accounts to evade enforcement; or
- misuse reporting, blocking, or appeal systems.
12. Intellectual property
Post only content you have the right to use.
Do not knowingly infringe copyright, trademark, image rights or other intellectual-property rights.
A report alleging intellectual-property infringement should identify the protected material, the allegedly infringing material, the reporter's basis for claiming rights or authority, and sufficient information to locate the content.
13. Spam and abusive commercial activity
Do not:
- mass-post repetitive or irrelevant content;
- send unsolicited commercial material through features not intended for it;
- manipulate visibility through fake or coordinated accounts;
- repeatedly redirect users to deceptive commercial pages;
- post fraudulent vehicle, part, ticket, event or service offers; or
- use automation to flood the service.
Legitimate automotive businesses or creators may use features made available for their type of activity subject to the applicable product rules.
14. Clubs and Meets
Club and Meet tools do not authorize unlawful offline conduct.
Organizers and participants must respect:
- venue permission;
- traffic and parking law;
- capacity and crowd safety;
- public-order requirements;
- lawful vehicle operation;
- applicable insurance;
- local noise and environmental restrictions;
- instructions from competent authorities; and
- the safety of participants, bystanders and the public.
Do not advertise an event as CDR Apps-approved, CDR Apps-insured, official, certified or legally authorized merely because it appears in FuoriSerie.
Do not organize unsafe burnouts, street races, dangerous convoy behavior, road blocking, or other unlawful activity through a Club or Meet.
15. Reporting users and content
Use the in-app report feature where it is available for the relevant user, profile or content.
Reports should be made in good faith and should provide enough information to allow review. Do not fabricate evidence or use reports to harass another user.
For potentially illegal content where an in-app control is unavailable or additional context is necessary, contact [email protected] and identify:
- the relevant content, profile or account;
- where it appears in FuoriSerie;
- why it is believed to be illegal or prohibited; and
- any useful supporting context.
CDR Apps may request additional information reasonably necessary to assess the notice.
16. Blocking
Where blocking is available, users may block another public user through the supported FuoriSerie control.
Do not attempt to bypass a block through alternate accounts, targeted harassment, or other circumvention.
Blocking is a user-safety control. It does not itself determine whether either user violated these Rules.
17. Moderation process
CDR Apps may combine strict technical validation, safety controls, user reports and human review where appropriate.
Depending on the issue, CDR Apps may:
- reject an operation;
- remove or disable access to content;
- limit content visibility;
- restrict a feature;
- warn an account;
- suspend an account;
- disable an account; or
- preserve information or refer a matter where required by law.
Moderation decisions should be diligent, objective and proportionate to the available facts, severity, recurrence, risk and applicable law.
A report does not automatically prove a violation. CDR Apps may investigate before taking action unless urgent safety or legal circumstances justify immediate protective action.
18. Reasons and review
Where applicable law requires it and CDR Apps has an electronic contact channel for the affected user, a restriction based on illegal content or violation of these Rules or the Terms will be accompanied by a clear and specific reason, subject to lawful exceptions.
Where FuoriSerie provides an appeal or review mechanism for the relevant decision, users may submit a good-faith appeal. Appeals must not be used to threaten staff, submit spam, or repeatedly relitigate matters without new relevant information.
19. No endorsement by CDR Apps
User content, vehicle claims, Club activity, Meet listings and opinions belong to users.
Their presence on FuoriSerie does not mean that CDR Apps:
- agrees with them;
- verifies that they are true;
- approves the user's conduct;
- certifies a vehicle;
- confirms legal ownership;
- confirms insurance, roadworthiness or homologation;
- endorses an event; or
- authorizes conduct that would otherwise be unlawful.
CDR Apps provides the technical service and enforces these Rules within the scope required by the service and applicable law.
20. Attempts and circumvention
Attempting to commit, facilitate, conceal, or coordinate a prohibited activity can be treated in the same way as completing it.
Do not circumvent:
- age controls;
- authentication;
- blocks;
- account suspensions;
- moderation controls;
- policy-acceptance gates;
- security or integrity controls; or
- feature restrictions.
21. Changes to these Rules
CDR Apps may update these Rules to address safety risks, legal requirements, abuse patterns or service changes.
Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel. FuoriSerie may require acceptance of a new Community Rules version before affected functionality can be used.
