FuoriSerie currently works locally on the user’s device. No public account system, cloud sync, public profiles, payments, subscriptions, notifications, maps, or public social features are active.

FuoriSerie legal and product status.
FuoriSerie is currently a local-only Garage app in development. This page explains the current public status and keeps the website truthful until official FuoriSerie legal documents are generated and published.
Official legal documents
CDR Apps already uses Iubenda for website and RistoBoost legal documentation. FuoriSerie-specific Iubenda documents will be created and linked before FuoriSerie launches with accounts, cloud features, public profiles, payments, analytics, or other real data processing beyond the local-only app state.
Privacy status
The current app stores Garage data locally on the device. FuoriSerie does not currently upload Garage data, car profiles, photos, mods, specs, or build updates to a cloud backend.
Account deletion status
FuoriSerie currently does not offer account creation, so there is no FuoriSerie cloud account to delete. If accounts are added later, an in-app account deletion path and public deletion instructions will be provided.
Waitlist privacy
The waitlist privacy page remains available only for a future waitlist or early-access form if that feature is activated.
